Consultation Fee
May apply for in-person or extended consultations and may be credited when applicable.
Written Scope & Detailed Estimate
A preparation fee may be required for detailed scopes to ensure accuracy before construction.
Deposits & Milestones
Deposits reserve scheduling and resources; milestone payments correspond to completed work phases.
Material Orders
Custom or non-returnable materials typically require advance payment prior to ordering.
Change Orders
Approved scope changes are documented and billed separately.

Electronic payments are typically received the same business day. Checks and transfers are applied once received or confirmed. A receipt or confirmation may be issued depending on the payment method and project stage.
